The Arch-breaking Diamondback Hopper prevents arching and ratholing with its innovative one-dimensional convergence.  (A Diamonback Hopper's generic name is a Mass-Flow Hopper, Silo, or Bin).  In many cases, Diamondback Hoppers eliminate the need for noisy vibrators or air cannons, rotary valve and can use inexpensive constant-pitch rather than expensive mass-flow screw feeder.  Because it provides uniform flow with no moving parts, the Arch-braking Diamondback Hopper virtually eliminates costly maintenance.  Its effectiveness in preventing arches and ratholes minimizes process downtime.  All these features make the Diamondback Hopper an economical solution to solids flow problem.  Diamondbacks are available in standard catalog sizes with or without a functional guarantee.  Our experienced engineers can also custom design a Diamondback Hopper specifically for your application using flow properties measured in our state-of-the-art lab.  We can even equip you with an Indicizer System so you can measure your own material's flow properties for quality control, formulation development, research, and handling equipment design or selection.
