| The industrial Scott blender is a continuous mixer / blender capable of mixing / blending up to 5 different bulk materials at one time including fine powder, slurry, and liquid. 
The Scott HST Turbo Blender is a continuous commercial mixer / blender that is capable of consistently blending a wide variety of materials. These materials maybe in powder, slurry or liquid form and up to 5 different materials can be continuously blended at one time. Our commercial blenders will mix powder with another powder, powder with a liquid or several liquids together and create a homogeneous product free of any agglomerates or lumps. This industrial grade machine is best suited in an application where high intensity and low retention time are needed. It is excellent for mixing small amounts of liquid with a dry powder as in a coating application. Direct heat, steam and/or hot oil jacket can be added where heat and intense mixing are needed to melt and coat the powder. If cooling is required, a cooling jacket is available.
