| Process Valves from Everlasting Value Company are used for reactor loading, lockhoppers, pneumatic conveying systems, vessel discharge, and slurry applications. In 1906 Everlasting Valve Company was formed by Patterson Allen Engineering, Paterson, NJ to manufacture and market steam boiler blow down valves for steam locomotives, tug boats, ocean liners, Great Lake steamers, and the U.S. Navy. As the motive force for these modes of transportation faded, packaged boilers for industry and space heating emerged. Everlasting has become a standard for this industry. The unique features of this valve are rotating self lapping sealing surfaces, and self cleaning open body which allows particulate to freely flow.
Applications for process valves are: petroleum refineries catalysts; chemical plant reactor loading; pneumatic conveying; inorganic chemicals; line diverters. Any process application where you get less than a year service from installed valve. Shearing of disc and seat edges clean sealing surfaces
